Making Appointments

You can telephone the surgery, or call at reception, where you can make an appointment with the doctor of your choice.

Emergency cases will given an appointment within 48 hours.

The Surgery is open from 8:30am until 6:00pm. We close for lunch between the times of 12:30pm and 1:30pm.

A practice nurse is available for consultation every day, by appointment. Patients on arrival for nurse must book in at reception as you would to see a Doctor.  The role of the nurse covers many areas from disease management to health promotion for all patients within the practice.

Repeat Prescriptions

The 24 hour answer phone is 028 9064 3961.

Please speak clearly and slowly, giving your name, address, date of birth and required medication.  Your prescription should be ready in 48 hours time.

We would ask that you do not phone through to a receptionist to order a repeat prescription as this may prevent an urgent call coming through, patients who do so will be asked to phone back and order their prescription on the repeat line.
